Privacy Policy

When you request an estimate, we collect what you need (Flooring, Remodeling or Both), your name and phone number, and any email address or notes you choose to provide. We also receive the page you submitted from, a form source label, and the submission date and time.

A hidden field named “company” helps block spam bots. If that field is filled in, the request is discarded without being saved or emailed.

We use your information to respond to your request, discuss an estimate and keep related business records. There are no visitor accounts, logins, online payments, shopping cart or newsletter signup.

Estimate requests are saved in the website database hosted by Lovable Cloud. The database stores your submitted details, the form source label and a timestamp. The submitting page address is included in the notification email, not saved as a separate database field.

Notifications are sent through Google Workspace from leads@xpressflooringnj.com to scorrales@xpressflooringnj.com, kcorrales@xpressflooringnj.com and rcorrales@xpressflooringnj.com. If you provide an email address, replies can go directly to you.

Xpress Flooring staff who handle requests can see this information. Lovable and Google process it to provide website hosting, storage and email delivery. Requests are not displayed publicly. If notification email delivery fails, the saved database request remains.

The website database checks for expired records daily. All estimate requests are automatically deleted after 3 years from submission, whether or not they became a job. Deletion occurs on the next daily check once a request is 3 years old.

Notification emails stay in the leads@xpressflooringnj.com mailbox as ordinary business correspondence. No automatic deletion schedule is enforced for those emails.

The site uses Lovable’s built-in analytics to understand pages viewed, visits, where visits came from, rough location and device type. These reports help us understand website use. They are separate from the contact details you submit for an estimate.

The live analytics script includes cookie-based session identification. The site also uses delivery and security cookies. Cookie identifiers can distinguish browsing sessions, so we do not promise that every technical record is completely anonymous or incapable of identifying a visitor.

Technical error reporting can record error messages, the page involved and diagnostic details to help resolve website problems. Google Fonts is loaded from Google, which receives browser requests to deliver those fonts.

Google Analytics is planned but is not currently installed. If added, its standard setup uses cookies to distinguish visitors and sessions and records website activity, approximate location and browser or device information. We will update this policy when it is installed.

You can block or clear cookies using your browser’s privacy settings. Blocking cookies may limit visit measurement or affect some website behavior.

We use your phone number and any email address you provide to respond to your estimate request. We currently do not send follow-up texts. The form’s contact consent permits phone, text or email contact about your request, but does not mean that a text service is currently operating.

Consent to text contact is not a condition of purchase. If text follow-up is introduced, message and data rates may apply and you may reply STOP to opt out. You can also call or email us to ask us to stop follow-up contact.

We never sell phone numbers or give them to other businesses for their own use. Our hosting and email providers process submitted details only as needed to provide these services.

We do not sell visitor information or share it for advertising.

This website is not directed at children under 13. If a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can address it.

To request a copy or deletion of an estimate request, contact us below. Provide enough information to locate the request, such as your name and the phone number or email address used. We may need to confirm that the request is yours before sharing or deleting it. Tell us whether your request also concerns notification emails.
